Raechelle L. Velarde joined Daprile-Bell Family Law Offices in early 2015 after gaining valuable family law experience with another firm in San Jose dedicated exclusively to family law. She has been practicing law since 2010 and handles her own cases as well as supporting the senior partners. She has experience in all aspects of family law, including high conflict cases, contested child custody matters, premarital and post marital agreements, and complicated child and spousal support cases.

Ms. Velarde graduated from Pacific McGeorge School of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2009. During law school, she was dedicated to helping those less fortunate, and was a volunteer for the elder abuse clinic and the elder abuse hotline. She also gained valuable hands-on experience while representing low income clients at the eviction dispute clinic as a certified law student.

Ms. Velarde is licensed to practice in the State of California, in the U.S. District Court of Northern California, and in the U.S. District Court of Eastern California. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of California, and is a member of the Diversity Committee and Family Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
